This bright and functional 30m² space is located above a pharmacy in the village of Les Adrets de l'Estérel, only 3 minutes from the highway, offering an ideal base to explore the region. The apartment includes: - Two comfortable double beds, accommodating up to 4 people, each with its own TV. - A terrace where you can enjoy the fresh air or have a smoke. - A fully equipped kitchen area with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and more. - A living room with a convertible sofa designed for daily sleeping, plus a TV. - A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, storage units, and towels/mats provided. The accommodation includes: - Two comfortable double beds for a capacity of 4 people. With TV for each bed. - A terrace where you can get some fresh air or simply smoke. - A fully equipped kitchen area with oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and more. - A living room with a convertible sofa designed for daily sleeping + television + internet. - A modern bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, storage furniture and towels/mats provided. Linen is provided, and you will find everything you need to get your stay off to a good start (shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer/salt, pepper, oil, as well as tea and coffee). **Other important information:** - Free parking available in front of the accommodation. - Arrived independently with instructions on the day. - Departure before 11 a.m. in complete autonomy. - Outside people are prohibited in the accommodation, reserved only for the 3 to 4 people who have paid for the reservation. - Smokers are asked to use the outdoor ashtray. - Respect for the premises requested, any non-compliance with the internal regulations will be charged. **Autonomous key or hand-held depending on need** Possibility of a baby bed for up to 3 years with a real mattress on request.
