In the heart of La Tranche-sur-Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the Le RÊVE*** residence is the ideal place to spend your vacation in a dream setting. It features direct access to the beach, a relaxing outdoor pool open and heated from May 1st until the third week of September, with a paddling pool, jacuzzi, and secure private parking. Laundry facilities (washing machine/dryer) are available for a fee. This new 49 m² apartment, on the 1st floor and facing the sea, can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It comprises an entrance hall, a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a dressing room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The 28 m² living area features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a sofa bed that converts to a double bed (140 cm) and a flat-screen TV. You'll also enjoy a 15m² loggia terrace with garden furniture and a lovely ocean view, overlooking the residence's garden.
