The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in St Malo, Intra-Muros, this charming flat 500m from the beaches, with wifi (fibre optics), with a surface area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 18 m², fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and has a secure private garage. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation comprises - An 18 m² living room with double sofa bed and TV. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200), separable into 2 single beds (option to be specified when booking). - A bathroom with shower - A separate WC You will also have the following additional equipment: washing machine/dryer, ironing board and iron. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and tidying dishes or taking out the rubbish. A supplement of e30 will be charged if Cocoonr has to do this for you.

Outside: The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private garage. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: 2.5 km - Bus: Bus lines 1 and 2 from the station to Intra-Muros - Nearest airport: 80 km (Rennes - St-Jacques) Nearby Bon secours beach, Porte St-Pierre, with its seawater swimming pool and sailing club on the beach. At low tide, you can go to the Ile du Grand Bé, where Chateaubriand's tomb is located. All the shops are within easy walking distance of the flat. Visits : La Demeure de Corsaire, Rue d'Asfeld, a private mansion, part of which is open to visitors. Museums, the Cathedral, the tour of the ramparts, guided tours are available from the Tourist Office at Porte St Vincent, at the foot of the ramparts on the outside. From Place St Vincent you will find bus and coach departures to all areas of Saint-Malo as well as the little train for a commented historical tour of the town. Food: Rue de l'Orme, also known as Rue Gourmande, is a great place to buy local produce: Butters and cheeses from chez Bordier, Babas de Saint-Malo, seasonal fruit and vegetables at Les 4 saisons, fresh fish at Guinemer fishmonger, as well as numerous restaurants, such as Breizh café, Cambusier, or down the street l'Absynthe. Restaurants and cafés : On the Place Chateaubriand, you can enjoy excellent seafood at the Café de l'Ouest, the best burgers at the Lion d'or, a Sunday lunch at the Maison Générale for the pleasure of your taste buds and eyes (reservations recommended), and discover the friendly Cargo Culte restaurant, with its home cooking, tarts, salads, sandwiches and soups on the menu, in a brocante decor. Le Passenger offers original and playful lava stone cuisine.
