You're just steps from shops, the expressway, and bus stops to reach the city center or the SNCF train station. Free street parking, a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber), and tasteful decor: everything you need for a work stopover, a weekend getaway, or just a good excuse to do nothing :) The studio has all the necessary amenities: a double bed, a table for dining or working, and two under-bed storage compartments for your personal belongings. Cooking is possible thanks to the kitchenette: two electric burners and a microwave. A kettle is also available. The building has been recently renovated and is very quiet, with high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber). Access is very quick by car: 5 minutes from the N165, 2 minutes from the D465, known as "La Pénétrante." Parking is free on the street. Access from the train station is a 15-minute bus ride with the T1a (direct). 8 minutes by car: - City center - Naval Group - Lorient la Base - Commercial Port 15 minutes by car from the beaches (Larmor-Plage).
