The apartment is about 30m2 + a mezzanine converted into a sleeping area. Benefiting from an ideal location in the city center, you will have the luxury of being able to walk everywhere! This studio is perfectly laid out and can accommodate up to 4 people. it is composed of a beautiful living room with a table for 4 people, a high quality sofa double bed, storage, A double bed on the mezzanine. A separate kitchen area which has everything you need, especially a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the appliances you need oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer , washing machine and knives, forks, bowls and mugs, and many more surprises. A beautiful bathroom with shower to start the day off right, with WC. The apartment is on the top floor and is therefore quiet. Apartment located on the 6th floor with lift/elevator in a secure residence.
