The Jumapi cottage is an old house from the 70s that has been converted into two parts: The Jumapi apartment (on the ground floor): - a TV lounge area with sofa bed overlooking the garden - a fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, please note there is no oven in the apartment) with dining area for 2/4 people - a bedroom with a large double bed 160 x 200 - a shower room - a separate toilet - access to the laundry room in the garage with washing machine The Jumapi gîte is an old house from the 70s converted into two parts: The Jumapi apartment (on the ground floor): - a TV lounge area with sofa bed (160 x 200) overlooking the garden - a fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, please note that there is no oven in the apartment) with dining area for 2/4 people - a bedroom with a KING SIZE bed 180 x 200 (possibility of making two beds of 90 x 200) on request. - a shower room - a separate toilet The JUMAPI house (on the 1st floor, accessible by a staircase independent of the apartment): - a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and the dining room: * electric hob *oven * microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster * refrigerator, freezer - the dining room and the living room: a large bright living room opening onto the garden and a large wooden terrace with a view of the swimming pool. - a 140 x 190 sofa bed in the living room - a bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE bed 160 x 200 (possibility of making two beds of 80 x 190) on request. - a bedroom with a KING SIZE bed 180 x 200 - a shower room - a separate toilet - access by stairs to the laundry room in the garage with washing machine The exteriors: - a wooden terrace accessible from the living room of the house - an outdoor dining area with Gas barbecue - a 7x4 swimming pool heated and secured by a wanting electric driver (open from June to September) -
