I'm committed to doing my best to make your stay in Troyes as pleasant as possible. The house has its flaws, so we won't push its limits. It's still perfect for welcoming guests, and if you're interested, we can talk about the house, the city, its history... or many other topics that will allow us to have a pleasant time over a drink, at the table d'hôtes, or at breakfast in the morning. I was given a little sign: "Nice dog, strange owner." I freely admit that I have my own personality; I'd be delighted to welcome you into my home. And if that bothers you... there are also excellent hotels in Troyes. They will likely be more expensive and less characterful; each to their own! If you like moments of sharing; me too!

A bed and breakfast is, above all, about conviviality and sharing between the owner and guests. If this speaks to you, welcome to La Bonne Maison 3. We can never offer you the comfort of a traditional hotel. If that's what you're looking for above all, there are other excellent options. They're certainly more expensive, but reasonable prices shouldn't be the only selection criterion. The focus is on the "vintage" feel of a family home. Retro decor, knick-knacks, souvenirs, and family portraits can be found in every room of the house. The living areas are open to all! Breakfast or the evening table d'hôtes (by reservation) are served in the dining room. You can also gather around the fireplace in the living room, soak up the late afternoon sun in the front garden, or read a book in the library. As for the bedrooms, the largest has a bathroom, the others have shower rooms. All are private. We won't push the walls; they're not huge (on average 10m²). There are no king-size beds here, and that's fine! We're here to offer you modern comfort for your overnight stay in our city of Troyes at a reasonable price. If you embrace the B&B spirit and want to take a little trip back in time at a low cost, La Bonne Maison 3 is THE place for you!

Our first strong point is our immediate proximity to the city center: we're just minutes from the cathedral, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Cité du Vitrail (Stained Glass City). It takes less than fifteen minutes to find anything you want to eat. The factory outlets are a five-minute drive away: a day of shopping is yours! You may prefer to simply explore the city through its streets lined with half-timbered houses, or visit the city's many churches (Troyes is the "city of a hundred bell towers"!) And if you want to stay for several days, no problem: the entire department is within driving distance, whether you're visiting vineyards and champagne (Montgueux or the Côte des Bar), or culture (Essoyes and Renoir, Nogent-sur-Seine and Camille Claudel, the châteaux of Vaux or La Motte Tilly, the Avalleur Commandery, or the history of the Knights Templar...
