A great scientist, a distinguished botanist, he traveled the world in search of discoveries to the extent that his work led him to be appointed by Louis XVI to participate in the greatest exploration expedition in history: the Lapérouse expedition. With stone, lime, and wood... and it took 2 years of work to restore this mansion, bring it back to life, and welcome you.

Our partner, Le Moulin des Sens, offers a unique culinary experience inspired by the colors of Provence. Chefs Eric Larroche, a disciple of Escoffier, and Marc Fornieles will introduce you to gourmet Mediterranean cuisine. The menu showcases local and seasonal products, to be enjoyed either indoors amidst the intimacy of old stones or outdoors in the patio.
