Exterior: -Charming east-facing terrace for sunny breakfasts, shaded by a pergola, with outdoor lounge furniture and a large dining table for relaxation -Small terrace with round table and 4 chairs in front of the house Additional notes: -Entirely non-smoking accommodation -Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited -Hotel-quality bed linen and towels (4/5-star standard) are provided. Beds will be made upon arrival. Dish towels and bath mats are also included.

Its exceptional bay, home to a small marina just steps from the beach, is steeped in history and legends. Experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private boat tours…), discover the local heritage through cultural visits (Eco-Museum of Lake Annecy…), take to the skies with a paragliding adventure, and stroll through the old town of Annecy. Bus and private shuttle connections also link Geneva to Annecy.
