Our concept: offering the charm of a guesthouse, the freedom of self check-in, and the comfort of a contemporary hotel. Each room has its own unique atmosphere, with refined decor, bold colors, and a distinct personality. With only eight rooms, guests enjoy an intimate and personalized experience. Check-in is fully autonomous: before your arrival, you’ll receive your personal access codes for both the main door and your room. No reception desk, no constraints — arrive whenever it suits you. On the ground floor, a cozy and welcoming lounge invites you to enjoy a coffee, get some work done, or simply relax after a day of travel or outdoor adventure. Every morning, a homemade breakfast (optional) is served with fresh local bread and pastries, jams, fruit, and regional products. Le Falcoz is ideally located in the heart of the Alps, right in the center of Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, just a few minutes’ walk from the TGV train station.
