Welcome at "Le Vieil Aiglun"! The three holiday cottages at Le Vieil Aiglun enjoy an amazing hilltop location with panoramic views. The cottages are set in the only remains of a medieval hamlet which was enterely restored in order to offer high quality modern comfort. Le Vieil Aiglun is completely isolated, located at the end of a small dead-end access road. Great peace and quiet are therefore guaranteed. However, the small town of Digne-les-Bains with all the shops and restaurants and its bi-weekly market is located 12 km away (15 minutes by car), and the first supermarkets are located 8 km away (10 minutes by car) In summer (from mid-May to early October), a large secure swimming pool (13x6 m) is available to our guests. We also offer a large garden shared with the two other holiday cottages on the property. The three cottages also have a private garden and are completely isolated from each other, so as to respect everyone's privacy. The place benefits from breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and mountains, as well as the old Romanesque church overlooking the hamlet (illuminated at night). Numerous tables, chairs, deckchairs and hammocks are available to our guests, perfect for reading a book or admiring the panoramic views.

We (Charles and Annick) have been living in Haute Provence since 2002. We have a passion for old stones and decoration. Charles also loves to hike and is a mountain guide.
