Property information

Fully independent house. On the ground floor: living room with lounge (folding extra bed) and open kitchen, fireplace stove. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one equipped with two 80 cm beds that can be combined to make a 160 cm double bed, the other with a 140 cm bed. Shower room with toilet. Electric heating. Private parking.

Neighbourhood information

The old gatekeeper's house, 50 m from the river and a majestic old elm tree that watches over the old Boussignac mill, turns its back on the small railway line connecting Limoges to Saint Junien. A dozen TER shuttles and only during the day. The small road that goes down to the cottage does not go beyond, it is extended by a hiking trail that allows you to discover the calm and green nature of the banks of the Vienne. The cottage opens onto a terrace covered by a pergola from where you can observe a small fish pond. The land is enclosed, a cabin will allow fishermen to store their equipment, it can also be used to store bicycles. In the surroundings Saint Junien, city of leather and Corot site, Rochechouart with its rich built heritage and museum of contemporary art, Oradour Sur Glane place of memory, bowling, laser game in Chaillac Sur Vienne.
