"Les Sablons", beautiful apartment of 60 sqm located in Saint Malo, in the district of Saint Servan, with a small sea view, it offers a beautiful lounge bathed in light, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. water including a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment is located 7 minutes walk from the marina of Saint Servan and around 15 minutes walk from Saint-Malo intramural.
My name is Gildas and I only raise my little boy, Jules, who was born in 2015. Originally from Saint Malo, I propose my apartment to come and discover this region rich of its history and its heritage.
The apartment is 100 m from the market of Saint-Servan which took place every Tuesday and Friday morning. You will find a very well-stocked covered market. There are several restaurants and bars located in the area. The most enjoyable are those enjoying the last rays of sunshine of the day next to the Solidor tower. A nice stroll is to be done by going around the city of Aleth which will allow you to have a panoramic view on Saint-Malo intra-muros on one side and Dinard on the other. (about 35 minutes walk from the apartment).
