Nestled at the end of a dead-end road, this house enjoys a peaceful, car-free environment, frequented only by walkers. Just 400 m from the beach and 300 m as the crow flies from the ocean, it's surrounded by fields, offering an unspoilt setting. Below, you'll find a magnificent Breton cove known as Roche Percée. With a surface area of 120 m², this house can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It features a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub), and a 300 m² garden. Wi-Fi is included, and all that's missing is you to take full advantage of this seaside haven of tranquility! The accommodation (south-facing) is composed as follows: First floor: - 45 m² living room with bright lounge area (sofas, TV) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and dining area - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140x200) and en-suite shower room - Separate WC A laundry room First floor: - Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140x200) - Bedroom 3: with 1 single bed (90x190) - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC - A study For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
