Overlooking the stunning Portes du Soleil mountains, it is just 4 km from Col de l'Encrenaz (Les Gets) and 12 km from Morzine. Enjoy access to 600 km of ski slopes and quality family time for a truly memorable stay in the French Alps! This stunning new chalet blends contemporary design with cozy comfort, ensuring an elegant and relaxing stay. South-facing windows offer panoramic views of the Morzine valley and abundant sunlight. Built with high-quality materials, it features reclaimed wood cladding, beautiful stone accents, and a charming bay window, while a log-burning stove adds warmth. Ground Floor: Includes an entryway with space for ski gear, a bedroom with a two-person sofa bed, desk, and an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a laundry area with a washer and dryer. First Floor: Features an open-plan living and kitchen area with stunning mountain views through large windows, opening onto a terrace/loggia for al fresco dining or relaxation. An independent toilet adds convenience. Second Floor: Hosts three well-appointed bedrooms, two with private balconies. The children’s room includes a custom-made bunk bed for four. Two additional bathrooms provide extra comfort. Outdoor Space: Private area with a dining table, sofa, and brazero for enjoying alpine views. Indoor Comfort: Cozy fireplace and adjustable underfloor heating throughout, powered by an eco-friendly heat pump. A car is necessary for access to the chalet and nearby ski slopes. There is no public transportation. ❄️☃️ For your safety in winter, equip your vehicle with snow tires before you leave. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend this option for safe driving on the winding and steep road leading to the chalet.

We are a family of 5 including 3 kids. We love spending time in La Cote d’Arbroz where we can relax, enjoy the scenery, in the winter go skiing nearby and in the summer take a walk in the nature all around us. We have recently acquired this beautiful chalet that we cherish and would love other families to enjoy and spend quality time in. The village of La Côte d'Arbroz is located near the Encrenaz Pass, between Chablais and Faucigny, at an altitude of 1000 to 1300 meters. It’s only six kilometers from Morzine/Avoriaz and five kilometers from the Les Gets ski resort. Mont Chéry, accessible from the Les Gets ski lifts, offers restaurants, bars, paragliding, and cross-country skiing. La Côte d'Arbroz is a 10-minute drive from Morzine with its vibrant dining, shopping, and skiing options. Historically, it was a hamlet of Les Gets until it became independent in 1784. The Encrenaz Pass is a starting point for hiking, ski touring, and mountain biking. In summer, you can watch the cow milking at the Pré de l'Aup. The Basse and Ratti passes offer breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and the Aravis mountains. As a designated Multi Pass host, we can facilitate access to the Multi Pass Portes du Soleil at a preferential rate. This pass unlocks a wide range of summer activities from May 29 to November 2, 2025, including lifts, pools, cultural sites, and more. We'll handle your online registration, and you'll receive an email with instructions on how to obtain your pass. Please inquire about the Multi Pass when making your reservation.
