L'Océa Marina has a double view of the sea and the marina. This stylish flat will meet all your expectations, whether you're on a business trip or spending time with friends and family. Wake up to a panoramic view of the sea and the beach. The Océa Marina flat has been completely renovated using quality materials and the owners' desire to create an exceptional place with elegant, refined and uncluttered decor. The flat in a few lines: Sofa bed with Queen Size mattress with quality bedding in 160. Large shower in the 170 x90 bathroom. Separate WC. You'll have all the equipment you need to cook and enjoy the balcony with dining facilities overlooking the sea and the entrance to the boats in the port. Teleworking possible with WIFI connection and all this with a breathtaking view of the Trouville beach. The boards of Deauville and the town centre are only 10 minutes away on foot. Quality welcome, Nespresso coffee machine and pods, tea.. Linen included. SNCF station 10 minutes' walk away and private car park at the bottom of the residence - no need to look for it!
