Located in Arzon, this cosy 24 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and offers two living areas: a 160 cm sofa bed in the main room and a 140 cm sofa bed in the entrance alcove. You will find a fully equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a television, a washing machine, as well as a baby bed and a high chair for families with young children. Enjoy your private covered terrace with a beautiful sea view. In summer, you have access to the shared outdoor pool, a children's pool, and a communal playground. The apartment is ideally located just 50 metres from Port Crouesty and 300 metres from the beach, where many water activities are available. Shared parking is available on site. Events are not allowed in the property. The Port Navalo ferry terminal is a 5-minute drive away, and Vannes is 30 minutes away by car.
