Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it comprises a pretty 16 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment comprises - A 16 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed... - A kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Bedroom with double bed (140×190) and TV - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC Outside area : - A 24 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks : - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner).
