Accommodation: This charming renovated 35m² studio is located on the central Place des Orres 1800 in the "Les Eglantines" building, closest to shops and entertainment. Facing South-East and offering a balcony with a direct view of the slopes, you can enjoy your meals in the sun. It consists of an entrance with storage leading to the sleeping area, the bathroom with bathtub and separate WC, a large living room with television, convertible sofa and equipped kitchen, and a balcony with garden furniture and a view of the slopes, all in a cozy and mountain atmosphere. For sleeping, you will find at your disposal a 2-seater pull-out convertible sofa in the living room, a bunk bed with a 140x190cm double bed at the bottom and a 80x190cm single bed at the top, for a capacity of 5 people . You will benefit from free access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna, as well as a private underground parking space and a private ski box for the winter. The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It surrounds the central square where shops, bars and restaurants punctuate the daily life of the resort. It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, sometimes with mountain or resolutely modern layouts, all with a balcony or terrace.
