Ce studio agréable de 25m² situé dans le quartier de Saint-Servan se trouve à 10 minutes à pieds d'Intra-Muros. Refait à neuf et décoré avec soin, ce logement dispose d'un espace nuit séparé par une verrière et est idéal pour accueillir 2 personnes (lit double à disposition) ainsi qu'un enfant en bas âge.
