Come discover Arcachon in our apartment "Les Cinq Balcons d'Arcachon": a superb newly renovated and air-conditioned flat located in the heart of the city, less than 5 minutes from the beach and in close proximity to all amenities! The apartment is bathed in sunlight with five balconies facing south and west, including a terrace with a beautiful view of the bay! "Les Cinq Balcons d'Arcachon" is a perfect vacation apartment for a seaside getaway with family or friends! This bright and comfortable 5th floor apartment provides: A vast air-conditioned living room equipped with a TV and a convertible sofa, opening onto a balcony and terrace. The terrace has a table and 4 chairs for enjoying meals with a pleasant view of the Arcachon Bay! A fully equipped kitchen with a balcony, including an electric oven, microwave, induction hobs, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. An air-conditioned "ocean" bedroom with a 160 cm bed, TV, cupboards, desk, USB outlets, and a balcony with a south-facing view of Parc Mauresque and the city roofs. An air-conditioned "turquoise" bedroom with a 140 cm bed, USB outlets, and a covered balcony with a south-facing view. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washer-dryer. Separate toilet. Electric blinds throughout the apartment for peaceful nights! High-speed Wi-Fi included. Parking included (parking entrance may be a bit narrow for large vehicles).
