Cats are not allowed. Pets are not permitted in dormitory rooms.

A deposit of the amount of the first night is required by the property for the rooms of capacity of 4, 6 or 8 people.

The hotel does not accept payment by bank check.

Only traveler's checks in EUR currency and holiday vouchers are accepted.

In case of reservation is made by a third party, you will need to provide the following documents:

- an authorization signed by the credit card holder

- a copy of the credit card

- a copy of the passport or identity document of the credit card holder.

People under the age of 18 are admitted in accordance with the following conditions:

- they must be accompanied by an adult

- they must not share a dormitory with people other than those accompanying them

- they must be in possession of a written authorization from a parent / legal guardian as well as a passport.

When booking for more than 8 people or more than 2 rooms group, different policies and additional supplements may apply

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
