Located in Mourèze, this spacious 250 m² villa can accommodate up to 8 people with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You will enjoy a well-equipped private kitchen and a large main living room of 90 m² opening onto several terraces, with direct access to hiking trails. The villa offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, a high chair, and step-free indoor access. You will appreciate the breathtaking mountain view during your stay. Outside, the private covered terrace includes a large communal table and a lounge area, with a bar connecting the kitchen to the exterior. Other uncovered terraces and a balcony provide additional relaxation spaces. The pool, measuring 14 x 5 to 7 meters with a gradually increasing depth up to 220 cm, features a staircase and a bench with spa jets, all surrounded by landscaped terraces. All bedrooms have large windows overlooking the garden. You can also enjoy a shared ping-pong table (equipment provided), pétanque (boules available), as well as volleyball and badminton courts. The shared parking can accommodate 2 cars under the entrance porch, with additional space available on the grounds. Pets are allowed. Events are not permitted.
