It has a lovely 110 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, seven bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 600 m² garden. With fibre-optic Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 110 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1 and 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC First floor: - Bedroom 4 and 5: queen-size bed (160×200) and access to the terrace - Bedroom 6 and 7: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bath and washing machine - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 10×4m private swimming pool secured by an electric shutter. The pool is heated in April, May, October, and November, making it ideal for enjoying it to the fullest during the off-season. However, it is not heated from June to September or from December to March. - A 40 m² covered terrace with barbecue and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - A beautiful private garden of 600 m², enclosed by vegetation.
