The high-quality sofa bed, with added memory foam mattress topper allows up to 4 adults to stay comfortably. A storage cupboard in the lounge has been converted for clothes storage with extra hangers. The kitchen-diner is really well equipped with gas oven and hob, microwave, washer-dryer, fridge freezer plus a handy picnic rucksack to help you explore. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and UHT milk are included. A spacious main bedroom includes a double bed with a really comfortable, high quality Tempur mattress, with plenty of storage space and clothes hangers. The office includes a large desk and a swivel chair, a widescreen monitor with HDMI cable, a keyboard and a mouse. When connected to the high speed Wi-Fi this facility is simply perfect for business travellers. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and comfort-height toilet and complimentary toiletries. All bed linen, towels and basic toiletries are provided. The cottage garden has a ‘pub-style’ bench and several folding chairs There is a beautiful outlook over the ancient orchard fields.

The peaceful little village of Snitterfield is only 3 miles from Stratford Upon Avon town centre, providing peace and quiet along with free parking. Facilities includes a Local shop, Sports Centre, a popular pub called The Snitterfield Arms which is walking distance from the cottage and the full menu can be found in the cottage. The old village phone box has also been converted to a community book library.
