Located in the heart of Southsea this light, airy and newly refurbished top floor Apartment, well equipped and comfortable with a private entrance .
8 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive to the bars & restaurants of Albert Rd, Palmerston Rd & Osborne Rd. And 6 min drive to Gunwharf quays. The seafront is about 20 mins walk or 4 minutes drive.
Free parking. Permits are provided for roads marked (LB). You have 3 hours free (plenty of time to get the permit from the flat).
