We’re based in London, however, we’ve got a team of local Brighton working professionals who are close at hand if you need any help during your stay. All are welcome in our properties.

On the ground floor, a nature-inspired, open-plan space filled with lush plants, an antique WWII binoculars, and double sofa bed awaits. For an extra touch, turn off the lights and light up the fireplace in a colour of your choice with an LED remote found in the coffee table. The kitchen has all you need to make your own Michelin-star meal (pots with lids and frying pans, bowls, chopping boards, colander, sharp knives, and other utensils) as well as a microwave, toaster and kettle. The dining area comfortably seats six guests. Upstairs, you’ll find all three bedrooms and the separate bathroom and WC. Bedroom 1: The Writers’ Refuge Room A serene, literary-themed retreat with classic quotes and posters. It sleeps two with a king bed (can be split into two singles) and includes a dedicated workstation, ideal for both work and relaxation. With Superfast 500mb Fibre Wifi available, you’ll get your work done quick! Bedroom 2: The Vintage Vibe Room A tribute to classic cinema and music with a red statement wall, vintage posters, and iconic album covers. Sleeps three with a king and single bed. Bedroom 3: The Coastal Culture Room Inspired by Brighton’s beach, pier, and Pride culture, this vibrant single room features a blue accent wall, colourful posters and a single bed. The bathroom has a sink, mirror, bath mat, hand soap, and shower. The WC is located next door in a separate room and includes toilet roll and cleaning supplies.

The London Road area in Brighton, located between the New England quarter, The Level, and Preston Park, has a vibrant, arty vibe with a mix of student and business culture which gives it an intriguing edge other parts of Brighton don’t have. It's home to the historic Duke of York's Picturehouse, the UK's first purpose-built cinema opened in 1910, and features a variety of trendy eateries, cafés, shops, and galleries. The recently revamped Level Park hosts fairs and festivals, while the Open Market offers fresh produce and street food. The area is known for its diverse food options, including vegan and international cuisines, and has many charity shops and one of Brighton's first sustainable refill stores.
