The living areas in this home consist of a kitchen and living/dining room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, double, and a bunk, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is a large garden with seating and lazy spa, along with off-road parking. Within 0.4 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub. Please note, this property welcomes two well-behaved dogs, but is non-smoking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Enjoy a memorable escape to South Wales at 5 Pontardulais Road.
