Just a short walk from the beautiful Carbis Bay beach, the apartment is also located within walking distance (around 25 minutes) of St Ives, via the coastal path. Or take a five minute stroll to the little Carbis Bay railway station, just a 2 minute train journey to St Ives. Carbis Bay beach is one of the best family beaches with most needed facilities on the beachfront. A range of ocean-based activities may be taken at The Ocean Sports Centre on Carbis Bay beach. Stroll a gentle 25 minute walk along the South West Coast Path from Carbis Bay to St Ives and enjoy the spectacular views over St Ives Bay. Explore St Ives with its narrow cobbled streets and fisherman's cottages and visit the local museum full of interesting facts about life and times of bygone St Ives. Take the St Ives Boat Services to explore Seal Island and Godrevy Lighthouse. An abundance of marine wildlife including dolphins, seals, sunfish, basking shards and seabirds are shared on the way.
