A bright spacious flat, in a perfect location, a stones throw away from the Beach, Prom & Floral Pavilion 🏖️ Minutes from Victoria Rd, famous for it's independent pubs and eateries; ranging from award winning restaurants, to brasseries, burger bars, coffee shops. 5 minutes stroll to New Brighton Station with direct trains to Liverpool. Marine point Leisure, cinema, bowling, fairground, arcade, Fort Perch Rock, lighthouse, Championship Adventure Golf all within close walking distance.

Hi! I absolutely love New Brighton & I've made my home for last 20 years. I have travelled extensively and it is my passion! I am personable and will always endeavour to be the best host or guest I can be. Anything you need to know, or want, just ask! I'll always try my best! Safe, quiet street away from hustle and bustle of Victoria Rd just short walk away. Fantastic regular and reliable public transport. Well lit, easy to find parking free on street. ATM and money exchange within few minutes walk. Popular beach dog friendly all year, seaside area with tourist attractions, historic buildings, a large supermarket, chain restaurants and individual eateries and breweries serving local real ale. Plenty of choices for coffee & cake! An array of choices to eat or drink that are dog friendly. A quintessential British seaside resort with Boho vibe, charming, vibrant, easy going and diverse. Theatre, cinema, live music all minutes away. Kite surfing, Stand up paddling, all taught and available in nearby club. Golf close by. Liverpool City centre direct train 25 minutes, regular service. You can see the world famous Liverpool skyline across the River Mersey from the apartment window.
