The two bedroom house, which is 592ft2, features a modern layout that easily integrates an open plan living kitchen and dining area with an integrated fridge freezer and washing machine. Upon entrance, you'll be greeted with natural light flooding through the French door as well as a couple of buld light on the ceiling. The bedroom is equipped with new modern beds with soft linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom features a shower and modern fixtures perfect for a refreshing start to your day. Guest are not expected to share the room with strangers as the property allowing only one booking per person with the maximum of 4 people's on that booking. If you are on your own, you will be there on your own, and the second room will be empty, and we expect you to leave it clean. We do have a 24-hour CCTV camera that is closely monitored in order to maintain guest security and also detect any abuse such as bringing extra guests that are not part of the booking to stay overnight or having a party at the property whicht is strictly prohibited. For that reason, you will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund, reported to booking. Com and to the police for nuisance and antisocial behaviour.
