The boats supplied with the River View Houses, Berwick Swan, Crested Grebe and Greylag Goose will be moored at our dayboat site ready for collection by customers. We will require a refundable GBP 50 deposit, which will be returned to them when they bring the dayboat back to the dayboat site on the last day of their holidays. The dayboat will not be supplied during the Whitsun (end of May) and main Summer School Holidays but you can book one from us at these times at a 10% discount. At Christmas and New Year, the availability of the dayboat is subject to weather conditions. A mooring for the boat is provided near the property. There is open water in the property grounds.
