Seaview House offers guests the option of staying in a spacious family home whilst visiting Tynemouth, benefitting from double car parking onsite, and beautiful gardens with outdoor seating and even a Sea View from the front !. Guests can expect a modern comfortable property which includes a lovely lounge with smart TV, a large extended family room to the rear overlooking the garden with a further smart TV, allowing larger families to stretch out and enjoy separate relaxing spaces. The property benefits from a large fully fitted modern kitchen with all usual appliances and a separate large utility room with a ground floor guest w.c. On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms, two of which have king sized beds, and a further bedroom with a single bed and slide out futon bed, there is a family bathroom with a corner separate shower stall and a bath. The garage is not included as this is used for storage. The property is conveniently situated just a few hundred yards from the renowned Tynemouth Longsands Beach and a short walk to the Village Centre and Priory Castle. Tynemouth is one of the regions most popular seaside villages and has plenty of  things to do  all year round. Take a  short metro to Newcastle or a Sunday visit the famous Tynemouth Market, where you can pick up toys, books, vintage clothing and bric and brac, alongside delicious street food and locally roasted coffee. Shoppers looking for something a little quirky should pop into Tynemouth's  Green Ginger Arcade which offers a variety of independent boutiques, as well as an authentic 1950s-style diner. Stroll along Main Street in Tynemouth and browse the independent shops, bars and cafes as you make your way to the sea. The historic Tynemouth  Priory and Castle cuts a dramatic silhouette against the sky perched a top the cliff with King Edward Bay nestled below. The English Heritage property is a great place to visit all year round and provides the backdrop for the popular Mouth of the Tyne Festival each summer. While Tynemouth Aquarium is the perfect spot on a rainy day for families on a day out.
