One of our very own new build properties, which we completed in April 2023. Designed and built with a view to becoming a property let, including; Modern open plan ground floor to create a welcoming family area. Underfloor heating to the entire ground floor. Spacious bedrooms to accommodate 5 guests comfortably. Fully fitted bathroom with bath and shower. Ground floor, wheelchair access WC cloakroom. Plenty of storage. Private, off road parking for 2 cars. Electric car charging point.
We are very excited to offer you the chance to stay in this property, that we designed and built in 2023. The idea came to us on one of our many stays in similar properties as we have travelled around the UK and Europe. Due to these experiences we hope we will be able to cater for your every need and we are always open to any questions about the house, the city of Lincoln, or any of the surrounding areas. The house is situated in a great area to explore Lincoln's famous Bailgate area. The Bailgate is just a 12minute walk away and features some great shops, restaurants and pubs, as well as Lincoln Castle and of course the stunning Lincoln Cathedral. The Cathedral was once the tallest building in the world and can be seen from several places in the county as you approach the city. The main High Street and shopping areas are just a short walk away and we strongly suggest you make your way there down the very aptly named 'Steep Hill', one of the most famous hills in England. Not so sure you would want to walk back up Steep Hill, but there are lots of other ways back to the house and of course, plenty of buses and taxi company's available if required.
