The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Yet peaceful, it’s hard to believe it’s in the city center. A period house, within 6-10 mins to various leisurely events and places. Rocker beach, Hendon beach, The Stadium of Light, The University of Sunderland, The award winning park of Mowbray is 6 mins walk away. Various restaurants are not far either. Metro, train and bus stations are almost a stone throw away.

Love people, travelling and meeting people are some of the things I enjoy in practicing good hospitality

Quiet neighbourhood. Friendly neighbours all around. Parking restrictions are in place in most places in Sunderland. So take care. Free on street parking all day except between 9am-10am and 2pm-3pm. Depending on availability you can park a small car behind the shitter.
