Corner Cottage Mevagissey, a stylish & modern cottage with plenty of space for our guests (sleeps upto 6) Over 3 floors: Top floor. : Master king bedroom with en suite shower room. Middle floor : Twin bedroom (beds can be zipped together). Family bathroom including bathtub. Ground floor : Spacious and relaxing lounge with a a Smart TV (double sofa bed) and a well equipped kitchen with a dining table. Please request sofa bed bedding and travel cot/mattress at time of booking (fee payable for each) Due to H&S reasons we do not provide cot bedding Our rates include hotel quality towels and linen, wifi and nearby parking for 1 car (guests can unload at the front door). For our guests convenience we provide a starter pack which includes Tea, Coffee & Sugar, Salt & Pepper as well as Dishwasher tablet, hand soap & starter toilet rolls

We first visited Mevagissey in 2016 and fell in love with this beautiful and enchanting harbour village which is an Area of Natural Outstanding Beauty. There is something magical and calming about being near the sea Mevagissey has a thriving (working) fishing harbour so most shops, restaurants and galleries are open all year round and the rest of Cornwall can be easily accessed from the village if you wish to explore further afield. Mevagissey is best known for its working harbour, fishing boats, quaint lanes and nearby sandy beaches. There are a variety of shops, restaurants and galleries, all within walking distance from our Cottage Keen hikers will relish the South West Coastal Path located on our doorstep providing scenic walks to beautiful Portmellon, Gorran Haven and Pentewan. Venture a little further along the breath-taking Roseland Peninsula and discover empty beaches and quaint harbour villages Locally there is a Museum and Aquarium on the harbour a few minutes walk away. Guests can also take the Ferry to Fowey (seasonal) and sometimes the Dolphins say hello! Further afield is the award winning Lost Gardens of Heligan (Best UK Leisure and Heritage Attraction in the prestigious 2018 British Travel Awards) and the Eden Project (one of Cornwall's most visited attractions) Charlestown is also nearby and this is often a set for films/drama the most recent being Poldark St Ives is an hour away on the train from nearby St Austell Complimentary parking for 1 car is 300 yards away, although guests can unload at the front door (EV charging available at the car park for a fee)
