Extra guest fees, Please note that it is important that we know the exact number of people staying up to a maximum of 16. We will not be held responsible for missing extra beds (which may need installation), sheets, pillows, towels and other amenities. There is an extra charge which applies from start to finish of the booking if there is more than the amount of people booked initially (max 16 people). This fee will be doubled if there are extra persons communicated late i.e. upon arrival or during the stay. We reserve the right to cancel the entire booking without refund should there be more people staying as per booking. Up to 2 babies till 2 years of age are free of charge and we are happy to provide chargeable baby/travel cot per day (no sheets). Communal area with dinner seating for 6 people and large flat-screen TV. First Floor: Fully equipped kitchen 1 dining table for 6 persons. Furthermore, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, cutlery, china, glasses plus kitchen utensils. Please note, that the gas has been switched off for safety reasons. We provide electric induction with 2 hot plates instead. We hire hotel linen services and we might need brief access to the storage area in the basement of the house to collect some linens during your stay occasionally. Generally, it will happen in the morning. We aim to make this as quick and unobtrusive as possible and will respect your privacy and space. It won't impact your attention.
