Welcome to the Flat 3, 6 Lypiatt Terrace, it 'lays in' from the Lypiatt Road, which is one of finest Terrace in the best area in Cheltenham. Flat 3 is located at 1st floor UK system, 2nd floor for American or Chinese and most of other world. Updated to 'New Business WIFI' which is 3 times faster than before. Flat 3 is located in an exceptional Grade II* listed townhouse built in 1847, showcases beautiful period features, with manicured lawns to the front. It is a 2-bedroom apartment equipped for 1-4 people. The unbeatable location and a free allocated parking directly outside, make it the favourite for all types of guests. Bedroom - luxury beds - Vispring & Hypnos. The drawing-room is extra spacious, with light through the 3 ceiling-to-floor windows, to balconies and view. A small kitchen with toaster, kettle, pans, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer & washing machine. Tea/coffee & cupboard basics. Some kitchen cupboards and the fridge are higher than normal, a small-steps ladder is provided. Bathroom: A family bath with a shower over-head. Towels, standard shampoo, conditioner, shower gel are provided. Please bring your own if you have special needs. An iron, ironing board, hair dryer and a baby cot are provided, kept at the twin bedroom. There is an A4 folder/Guest Book in the apartment by the TV, containing emergency contacts, notes for manuals, maps & local information. Strictly no smoking and sorry, no animals.
Your host is YingShi, she likes meeting new people, goes extra miles to ensure all guests have very pleasant stay, and she runs the place with absolute integrity. She hopes your stay will feel like spending time in a home away from home. Previously she worked as a software engineer in Cheltenham for nearly 20 years. She and her husband have two children and they have been living in Cheltenham for over 33 years.
The apartment is located in a Montpellier area - the very heart of Cheltenham, it is within 5 minutes’ walk to fashionable Montpellier, Montpellier garden, the Promenade, which holds an array of bars, restaurants, designer boutiques and a small supermarket - Co-op, yet peaceful and quiet. It's very close to the Cheltenham Lady's College, Cheltenham college and the Dean Close School. The apartment is perfectly located for the Cheltenham Literature, Jazz, Music, Science Festivals, the Gold Cup, and is a wonderful base to explore the Cotswolds villages.
