The property is ideally located and situated in the heart of Weymouth town centre, just a stones throw away form beach, bars local shops takeaways and restarants. The train station is a 10 min walk away. Check in is from 2pm and check out is 11am. There is no parking outside the property, but ther is a loading bay to drop off lugggage etc. There is parking in East street DT4 8BW this is free after 6pm to 8am. The Pavilion DT4 8ED also has parking at at a daily rate. Both car parks in are within short walking distance. Check in is inependent. You will receive the key codes before your arrival. Please note the access to the property is via Maiden street opposite the hair Dressers called illusions. DT4 8BB. The apartment has 3 bedrooms. 1 room with a kingsize bed and a travel cot, 1 room with a double bed and 1 room with a single bed, The lounge has a pull out sofa bed. The apartment will sleep up to 7 people. Towels and bedding are provided. The apartment is above Gig's cafe which is open from 10am to 4pm. Guest are welcome to book breakfast lunch or packed linch. Please see menu for prices. Pease note that the apartment does not have a a cooker or hob. There is a microwave, air fryer, slow cooker and a toaster.

The beautiful beach is 3 mins away and there are plenty of shops, takeaways and places to eat and drink near by including 2 weathrspoons. The harbour is a 5min walk away with a pedestrian walk way and lots of lovely places to eat and drink, There is also an amusment park and arcade opposite the beach. Please note that the building is a Grade 2 listed building so no double glazing. Due to the central locaton there may be a bit of noise in high season with seagulls and lively holiday makers.
