Newly refurbished and tastefully decorated, this large 3 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor with a car park in front of the building. Ideal for families with young children, or a group of friends or colleagues that want to share the house, or people that do not want to climb on stairs. With an open-plan dining / lounge room and kitchen and flat floor (i.e. no carpet except the master bedroom) the space offers a great versatility for easily getting around these areas. The living room has 50" Smart TV with a large L-shape furniture and additional sittings. The combined kitchen and dining area has a long L-shape corner bench with additional chairs that can easily accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, loads of cupboard, drawers and storage units which can be used as more storage room, if needed. The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet, walk-in shower and quality towels, 2 single beds and good size closet. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, drawer unit and wall closet. The 3rd bedroom is has a double bed, drawer unit and wall closet. A good size family bathroom with the walk-in shower, sink, and toilet is in the hallway. Separate areas for the washer machine, tumble dryer with additional storage areas. A Perfect place to stay to visit Somerset, specially during GLASTONBURY FESTIVAL, and the MILLFIELD School visiting parents! PLEASE NOTE: - Pets not allowed at anytime
The property is set in a quiet residential area, and conveniently located near all the shops and restaurants with a short walk to the Street Town Centre / High Street. You can enjoy a day shopping and dining at the famous Clark's Village shopping outlet. Or, take a 5 minutes drive (or bus) to the Glastonbury Town Centre and explore everything that this iconic and magical place has to offer. Or, take the public bus with the bus stop that is right around the corner where the place to visit more places around Somerset such as Wells, Chedder, Bristol, etc.
