These 4-star cottages are situated in 2 acres of grounds, and have an indoor heated swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, and free parking on site. Just 3 miles from the Eden Project and 5 miles from the picturesque waterfront of Fowey, they are surrounded by picturesque Cornish countryside. Each room in every Greenacres cottage has a TV and there are 2 deluxe bathrooms. Features also include a well-equipped kitchen area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer. Guests can relax beside a wood-burner in the comfortable lounge, which has a TV. Children can have fun in a dedicated play area outside in the beautiful grounds. With numerous beaches within easy reach, including in Par, just 3 miles away, Greenacres Cottages are close to a number of pretty coastal walks. There is also a small beach at Readymoney Cove.

Green Acres Cottages are owned and/or managed by Travelsmith Holidays. We operate under the trading name of Breaks In Cornwall and have been specialising in holidays since 1983.

Property information

A delightful rural retreat surrounded by countryside overlooking Luxulyan Woods and Tywardreath Village. Just 3 miles from Par Beach and the Eden Project and 5 miles from Fowey. The indoor heated poor is a real bonus for guests.

Neighbourhood information

The immediate neighbourhood consists of fields and farmland, so it's a lovely tranquil setting. It is necessary to drive to explore the area but there are plenty of places to see and attractions to visit close by: * Lostwithiel, charming 1000 year old stannary town - 3 miles * Eden Project - 3 miles * Par beach - 3 miles * Polkerris with its many watersports - 4 miles * Fowey - 5 miles * Bodmin, for the car free Camel Trail to Padstow (a great cycle trail) - 7 miles

This property operates a self-check-in facility with the key accessed via a Keysafe. If you do not receive the Keysafe code 2 days prior to arrival, please contact Greenacres Cottages for the code.

For long stay holiday bookings of 28 nights or longer a security deposit of £500 will be payable. This will be fully refundable (within 7 working days) subject to any deductions for loss, damages, breakages or excessive cleaning being required on departure.

Furthermore, charges will be made if the property is left in an unacceptable condition requiring excessive cleaning.
