Honeydukes is a two bedroom Chalet located on a Holiday Park in the Osprey Village of Boat of Garten. It has everything you need to enjoy a short or long term break in the Cairngorms. A light and spacious living room looks out onto the large enclosed decking area accessed by sliding French doors. The open plan dining and kitchen area is well equipped. The bedrooms have all the comforts you need for a great sleep after a day in the outdoors. A large master double bedroom with ensuite including a bath and a twin bedroom with fitted drawers and wardrobe. There is a travel cot and highchair available free of charge for guests to use. Two well behaved dogs are welcome. Please note, the Holiday Park has restrictions on dog breeds which are allowed to visit. If you do plan to take a dog please can you inform me of the breed of your dog when you book. Your assistance on this matter is much appreciated. There is an XBOX 360 console, freesat box and integrated bluetooth speakers and games. A locked shed is available for guests to use to store equipment. There is parking for one vehicle outside Honeydukes. Please note, the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. There is a laundromat on site. There is no WIFI.

Honeydukes is located on Boat of Garten Holiday Park. Access to the park is behind Osprey Café on Deshar Road. To get to Honeydukes drive passed the reception and the laundromat. Keep left and you will pass the play park, waste and recycling bins. Continue to keep left and follow the road around the lodges until you end up coming back round on yourself. Honeydukes about halfway up the road on the left and overlooks the field and trees which are adjacent to the Holiday Park. There is parking for one vehicle outside Honeydukes.

Adjacent to Honeydukes is a large field perfect for a short stroll with children or for tiring out our 4 legged friends. There is a well stocked convenient shop/cafe selling everyday groceries including freshly baked pastries. The village boasts a small selection of bars and restaurants. The high-quality restaurant Anderson’s is a stones throw away from Honeydukes. A great alternative, and only a 5 minute walk, is The Boat Hotel bar and restaurant. The bar has an open fire, televisions to watch sport and welcomes dogs. Next to the Hotel is the Strathspey Steam Railway Station with regular arrivals and departures to Aviemore and Broomhill. Here you will also find a friendly bike hire shop open Tuesday to Saturday. Which will come in handy when you discover the woods in Boat of Garten with its many family friendly trails and easy off road access into Aviemore. The River Spey boasts some of the best fishing in the world. There is also a beautiful 18 hole golf course and tennis club in the village.
