Located 5 minutes walk from the historic market place of Richmond. You have your own access to the property to come and go as you please. The accommodation is located on the top floor of the premises, a spiral staircase takes you to a mezzanine lounge area with hot drinks facilities, books, games & magazines. You will also find a comprehensive guest information folder with local information on places, to eat and visit. From there it leads into your En-Suite room with king-size bed with a hypnos mattress for a great nights sleep. There is a smart TV which includes Netflix, an Alexa, hairdryer and the use of a fan & heater for summer & winter use. In your en-suite shower room, you will find sumptuous white fluffy towels and all toiletries are provided too.

We decided in the pandemic to open a B&B in our house as a new adventure. We have been open for just under 2 years now , and have loved hosting and meeting people from all over the world, some of which have become friends. We both love the outdoors and are happy to share our local knowledge for walks and cycling, as well as the best places to visit.

The property is in a very quiet no through road of approx 20 houses, Richmond is ranked as one of the most desirable places to live in the UK due to lack of crime, breathtaking countryside and wealth of amenities.
