The main house, Lancasters Cottage, is a private country residence that has undergone huge renovations, doubling in size since 2015, and now offering two generous ensuite B&B rooms as well as a one bedroom self catered cottage, in a peaceful, rural location, surrounded by fields and wildlife. The self catered accommodation, Owl Lodge, is situated in the grounds of Lancasters Cottage, and is an adults only one bedroom self contained property. It offers a relaxed stay, with a very well equipped kitchen, two TVs (one Smart TV in the lounge, digital TV in the bedroom); imitation log fire in the lounge, bathrobes, and exclusive use of the hot tub on its patio. There is also an EV charging point and a Breakfast Box on site purchase option for 2 adults for 2 breakfasts. The views are unrivalled in the area, boasting a vista of 35 miles of the South Downs from Goodwood near Chichester to Lewes in East Sussex. The nearest footpath is directly opposite our front gate, and the nearest pub is just a 2 min drive along the road.

We are both outdoor people who love living in the countryside and meeting people, especially if you are also a fellow petrolhead, skier, cyclist, tennis player, etc. We have two beagles (Cookie & Dotty) who are very friendly. We love entertaining and travel, therefore it's not a huge surprise that we thoroughly enjoy meeting people from all over the world.

Lancasters Cottage is situated in a peaceful and rural location, over looking fields and farms, with stunning uninterrupted views towards the South Down National Park. We are surrounded by footpaths, bridleways, National Trust properties and pubs, with Knepp Castle Estate and Leonardslee Gardens a few miles away. If you fancy going to the coast, we are 21 miles from Brighton, 32 miles from Cuckmere Haven, 17 miles from Worthing and 31 miles from Goodwood for horses, car racing, & flying
