A tastefully decorated three-bedroom apartment in a beautiful, leafy suburb of Cardiff, featuring many original Victorian details such as high ceilings that create a bright, airy feel. The living room offers a comfortable sofa suite and a large-screen TV with Freeview and Netflix. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essentials plus a breakfast bar with six stools. Each of the three bedrooms has a comfortable double bed, with fresh linen changed after every stay. The shower room is stocked with fresh towels, with extras available. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Fibre-optic WiFi is available throughout, with average download speeds of 250Mbps and WiFi boosters. The apartment has its own private entrance, with a stairway leading up to the entire space all to yourselves i.e. full privacy. On the first floor, you’ll find a southwest-facing roof terrace with a balcony, enjoying sunshine from midday onwards,this overlooks the pleasant high street. The terrace is furnished with patio seating and is ideal for relaxing with a drink or food. Smoking is permitted on the terrace. Wellfield Road is a popular local hub, with restaurants, takeaways, coffee shops, café bars and independent retailers including a Tesco Express right on the doorstep. Roath Park, with its gardens, boating lake and picnic areas, is a short walk away. Cardiff city centre is around one mile away so 15/20 minutes walk or a short drive or bus ride with frequent bus services nearby, and Principality Stadium is approximately 1.5 miles away. On-street parking is available but can be busy. Additional parking is available at Penylan Community Centre (CF23 5HW), low parking charges and free from 6pm till 9am daily. We usually offer a meet-and-greet and may be able to reserve a parking space—please let us know your arrival time. If we’re unable to meet you, keys will be provided via key safe.

Quaint local high street with amenities and eateries with traditional pubs to cocktail bars restaurants from traditional Welsh to Greek to Indian to Turkish to Italian to Thai. Plus numerous shops and boutiques on this semi pedestrianised high street. Tesco Express just a few yards away, Greggs and numerous coffee shops. Everything you would need for a short stay is on your doorstep. Only 1 mile from the city centre with plenty of taxis and buses available. Principality stadium just over a mile and half away. Cardiff Bay; one of Europe’s Largest Waterfront Developments is also just a short taxi ride away. Mermaid Quay is the shopping and leisure district there with restaurants, bars, shops and there also access to boat hire. The Millenuim Centre is here which has all year round amazing theatre shows but gets booked very quickly. During the summer Roald Dhal Plaza is coverted into a manmade beach with a funfair, sand, pools, barbecues, live music etc.
