Lavender Cottage is a cosy and pretty period style property, a stone's throw away from Louth's amenities and attractions and even closer to 2 fantastic pubs! Nestled in the Lincolnshire Wolds only 12 miles away from Huttoft Bank and other beautiful beaches. Lavender Cottage offers spacious, yet cosy accommodation in the centre of Louth. The cottage is tastefully decorated and furnished through out with all amenities. Having two bedrooms each with a king-size bed and one bathroom. All bedlinen and towels are high quality cotton and the beds are super comfy. This property can sleep up to four guests. There is a large kitchen, a seperate cosy dining/ living room and an additional sitting room with a living flame fireplace. Outside there is a patio area and a small garden to the rear of the property. The cottage has a shared access garden with our lovely neighbours, so please bolt the side entry gate, as their cute little Jack Russell Billybob is little escape artist! There is a free carpark located opposite the cottage.

We live in the cottage during the week, as my husband works in Louth. But the cottage is free at weekends and a few weeks in the year when we are on holiday, which is when we rent it out. Welcome to our pretty little Lavender Cottage in the beautiful town of Louth, Lincolnshire! Nestled in the peaceful neighbourhood on Newmarket , the cottage offers a convenient stay, being just a short walk away from the vibrant town centre and very short walking distance from 2 fantastic pubs! With its cosy interiors, modern amenities, and convenient location, it's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. You will find an array of shops, restaurants, cafes, and local attractions right at your doorstep. You are within easy reach of the areas beautiful beaches and the Lincolnshire Wolds There is a free and very safe carpark opposite the cottage in the Louth Cattle market. The Boars head, 200 yards to the right of the cottage, has a great atmosphere and a good beer garden and serves great food daily. The Brown Cow , 400 yards to the left of the cottage serves fab food ( the pies are awsome! ) and has a heated beer garden and is also very welcoming and friendly.
