A two-bedroom end-of-terrace home recently refurbished to a high standard with guest comfort in mind. The ground floor comprises a bright and airy open-plan living space. Complete with a comfy corner sofa, smart TV, and dining table with seats for 4 guests. Under the stairs, you will also find a utility space with a washing machine and ironing facilities. The modern kitchen comes complete with everything you'd need to create a delicious meal including a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher. Completing the ground floor is the entrance to the patio area at the rear of the property with seating for two. Upstairs you'll find the two comfy double bedrooms with plenty of clothes storage and the bathroom with shower over bath. A ceiling fan on the landing helps keep the whole house cool throughout the hot summer months! Parking: Please be aware that being a town centre property there is no on-street parking. However, the nearest car park is Cricketfield Road car park. Under a minute's walk away from the home and is available at a reasonable rate. Nearby Queen street and Albany street have free on-street parking from 6pm to 8am Property Location: Being a town centre location, Lemon cottage makes for the ideal spot to base your holiday from. Newton Abbott's finest restaurants and shops lay within short walking distance of the property. Transport links are nearby with the train station only an 8-minute walk away and regular buses serving the town to take you to the surrounding areas.
