The living areas in this home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV, a selection of books and games, a sofa bed, and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms all have TVs and consist of a king-size, a double, and a single, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed front garden, an enclosed rear garden with lawn and a shed, and off-road parking for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop, pub and River Torridge in 0.2 miles. Lime Court Barn is a wonderful base for a Devonshire escape. Note: There is a step up into the property.
