Design is open plan with kitchen dining area & sitting room Mood lighting throughout comfortable corner leather sofa ,Smart TV with sky channels and movies There is also a wood burning stove. Two sets French doors lead to the beautiful creative garden & patio area with mood lighting garden furniture for alfresco dining Wide stylish Spiral staircase leads to Upstairs landing with cupboard containing ironing board and iron The bedroom has large twin beds which can be pushed together and a set of French doors with beautiful open view of estate grounds and private garden Dressing table houses hairdryer and straighteners The well lit bathroom houses a bath, shower, toilet & sink with towel radiator All linen and complimentary toiletries are provided The purpose built brick hot tub room is majestic with a spire ceiling with star lit lighting and York stone flooring wrought iron decorative doors and windows Table tennis area within grounds for use of retreat guests

Lincoln retreat does not accept liability for any loss, damage or illness to pets. we politely request that you bring their favourite bedding with you to ensure they do not use furniture .

Avid Bird Watchers can walk 2 minutes and discover a hidden secret The Boultham Mere nature reserve We have over 200 different species of birds all in one place and a bird hyde to view the fantastic array of wildlife Surrounded by many shops and supermarkets . The elegant city of Lincoln is a short Three mile drive away but there is a lovely one mile walk from the property along water way into the city centre ,which boasts excellent restaurants and pubs, with its Historic cathedral and castle standing high on the hill The awesome sky line is in clear view from Lincoln Holiday Retreat and truly looks amazing day or lit up at night. Hartsholme Country Park is a one mile walk For those interested in aviation heritage, Lincolnshire with its 22 World War II airfields, memorials and museums is the place to visit. Lincolnshire is home to the Red Arrows and the Reds are frequently flying over Lincoln Retreat as we are on there practice path. A great place to stay with a touch of decadence
