Little Bassett - the B&B by the Sea - is a boutique bed and breakfast located on a private road/coastal path just 150 metres from the beach. We have on-site parking for cars. Motorbikes and bicycles can be stored in the garage. We have 3 themed guest rooms all with en-suite: a single room on the ground floor, a twin room and a double room with a superking bed on the first floor. Guests can enjoy breakfast in the guest dining room which leads onto a secure guest garden with outdoor seating. Dogs are welcome in the single room (The Wight Room) and the twin room (The Nautical Room) for an additional charge and must be kept on the lead at all times. All rooms have fridges, TV and WiFi. Private no through road. Beach location. Restaurants easy to get to by foot. Rural quiet setting but close enough to get around by foot and bus. Bus stop at the end of the road. Yarmouth Ferry is only a 3 minute drive from the B&B

Tamara a midwife by profession runs and lives at Little Bassett full-time. She lived in Germany for 45 years and has brought some German touches into the bed and breakfast. Tamara is married to Mark, they have four adult children and an ever growing number of grandchildren.

We are located on a private cul-de-sac leading to the beach. It is a quiet neighbourhood but enjoys plenty of eateries and amazing walks within walking/driving distance. Our B&B is located just a five minute walk from the bus stop which can take you in any direction on the island.
